Sandra sold me a puppy back in February that died exactly a week after she delivered the puppy to my daughter. The puppy was very sick and she knew it. She agreed to replace the puppy with one from her next litter which was due in April. Like an idiot I trusted her. When the litter was ready to be picked up, she said the puppy we wanted was sick and that many of the puppies she sells are not her puppies but her daughters that she posts on her website. She refused to fly the puppy to me (even though she had previously said she would fly it). I have the texts to prove it. I advise that you dont waste your time and money and buy a puppy from a reputable breeder not Fairytail Puppies or Sandra Franco.

I did sell a female pug to Mrs. Jennifer Chen back in January 2015 when she send a deposit to hold the puppy for her until she was ready to fly or pick up, By February she was ready to be flown or pick up at the time she wanted to save of shipping and did not wanted to spend money on shipping so I suggested i was coming to San Antonio, Tx to deliver some puppies as well shipping a puppy out to new home and if she would like to meet with me in San Antonio so I can hand her the puppy. She took a very longtime for her to answer me back on her dicission that i had to contact her several times by the time she answer me back saying that i can drop of the puppy off in San Antonio, Tx with her daughter that was on a Friday and that she will pick up the puppy on Sunday from her daughter in San Antonio so I agree didnt feel anything wong about it, so I left the puppy with te daughter on Friday puppy was eating happy and playful no signs of any illness or being sick. I did not hear from Mrs. Chen until a week later saying to me the puppy had died and that she hadnt picked up the puppy yet from her college daughter as she stated, Mrs. Chen sign a contract with me where it states you need to take the puppy to a vet withing 48 hours to be exam by a license vet and to make sure at her end the puppy is healthy and she did not follow the contract at all and negligence i state is because why did it took her so long to go and try to pick up the puppy and never did i get a call or email if something was wrong with her or if they had any questions if they notice something was wrong with her. when Mrs.Chen contacted after a week Puppy was super skinny and look to me like she hadnt been fed or offer water within the week. If you paid a significant amount of money for a puppy you make sure to atend to her/him and in her case pick her up as she had mention she was picking her up by that Sunday as she stated she was. How can you say puppy was sick when i drop her off if you didnt even took her to a vet as stated on my contract that you sign and you were not even present at the time of delivery. I was being nice to replace the puppy even thou you did not follow the contract on the April litter so it happens you never contacted me back until all puppies were gone from that litter and the puppies available do belong to my daughter who does have one litter a year and i place them for her to wonderful homes. You keep on telling me you gonna do all you can to damage my reputation and i respect what you decide in doing and because i know for a fact puppy was healthy and i dont have anything to hide and your welcome to come here and see in person how puppies are taking care and groom on a daily bases,fed premium food,water,lots of toys and always up to date with deworming and shots and even inspected by the state. You are more than welcome to come here in person and pick up a puppy to replace the one that died but i will not fly or deliver it, will have to be you personaly picking up since you were the one who paid for the puppy.
