Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Decker Randolph, Jr. Promised me that he could get me into a house with his "No Credit Check" home buyers program. I paid Mr Randolph my $600 membership fee to start the process. Every week he had a different gimmick that if I gave more money he could get me in a house quicker or for this much more money his "Partner" (whom I never met) and himself could get me in a prime location. On several occasions, Mr Randolph and I went to look at houses on the North shore (my ideal location). I obtained the services of a real estate agent from the North shore. Mr Randolph would get upset when I would communicate with the agent on different stories he would tell me. Finally Mr Randolph stated that he and the agent decided the house I wanted wasn't a good investment (after I had given him an additional $450) well upon me calling the agent she stated Mr Randolph seemed to be a shifty character, therefore she pulled out of doing business with him. She wished me luck and warned me to be careful if I decided to do business with him. I expressed my concerns to Mr Randolph and notified him of my decision to enroll in the first time home buyers program instead because he was not delivering anything he promised. I inquired about my refund of my now $1,050. He promised he would delive . That never happened! All of this took place this October (2015) Mr Randolph does not return my calls, has blocked me on Facebook, and does not respond to my text. If I call from a strange number he will gladly answer and always respond, "I'll be at your house tomorrow". On one occasion he stated he was waiting on another woman to enroll in order to get my money. I wish I knew who that person was so I could warn her.

After this encounter, I researched Faithful Real Estate Properties....... Do you know this is a company based out of California? The owner stated her company is not a franchise nor does she do business in the South. I went to the address I googled on Mr Randolph, it took my to some ragged town homes on Terry Parkway...... I remembered these townhomes, I met with Mr Randolph there to sign contracts, he stated he was there helping a friend move. Guess what, that was where he lived with his parents and they were moving. The neighbor informed me that the elder Mr Randolph works at the local grocery. I went, but Mr Randolph wasn't there (I figured I would try to talk to his dad and maybe he could persuade his son to return my money). I also work with Mr Randolph's girlfriend, I approached her about the situation a month ago. This morning we got into it at work and she stated "Yeah b****, I got your money and as long as you give it to him imma keep getting it!" Well I guess we'll never know how many people he is supporting with this scam. If he collects $600 from enough people, they all will hit it big! I don't plan on letting this man get away with this, I will file a police report and contact our local news if necessary! Please do not fall victim to this man or his sceams!
