When I first went to thier website the product I wanted was not the actual product displayed on their website. For this mistake they offered me an additional 100 personal cooliong fans at the same price. I do agree that on thier website it states "**Sales on "Discounted Items, Special Sale" are final.**" This should not be limited to defective products.

Over 90% of the products shipped were not working and or had missing pieces e.g. battery pos and neg spring, screws, fan propellor, battery holder, switch, wires etc. If only 5 - 10% were defective I could see this policy working but over 90% of the fans were defective. Selling over 90% of defective products is unacceptable.

I contacted the company professionally but so that I can remain a customer but they refuse to refund or credit despite their policy. No one expects to spend $254 for over 90% of defective products. Regardless of final sales defective products should not be sold. Dina even stated she would check the fans, clearly she did not because she would see many parts missing. It is not good business practices to sell defective products.

About 80% of the fans were broke when arrived.

I ordered about 400 mini fans to sell and none of them worked. The batteries they sent did not work. The fans were very small and broke when you placed a battery inside. About 80% of the fans were broke when arrived. The company did not refund.
