I can't believe there's another report on him! I just got done responding on one to find a different one! Here's what I put on the other report:
Paul Eckert has been coming to my home claiming to be a Jehovah Witness! A little bit ago, he started stopping by my home leaving pamphlets. I got curious and decided to do a quick Google search, “Paul Eckert Doylestown” and I could not believe what I saw!
This man has been coming to my home! I contacted our neighborhood community to let them know. They agree that individuals like this should not be knocking on the doors of our neighbors. We are looking into the possibility of putting signs up in our community along with contacting our Township to see what rights we have to hopefully stop people with this type of background from knocking on our doors. We have a lot of kids in our neighborhood! We are concerned about ours and their safety.
We are going to be writing letters to their local church’s to see if he actually is a member or just claiming to be one.
If he comes to my door again we will be contacting the local officials!

"Rebuttal"???? "This information is fiction" ???? Is Paul Eckert joking again??? Why don't you say what you have to say here. Okay then ... Since you won't be telling any truth as usual, let me start asking questions and you answer them here ... Then let's decide whether "This information is fiction" as you said or not ... 1. Was Paul Eckert FIRED from United Check Cashing or not? Did he or did he not violate the "non-compete" after the fact he was given money to "go away"? Below is the link for the letter from United Check Cashing's attorney Steven S. Raab of Philadelphia, PA. http://cashnow.com/usaoffice/pauleckert.pdf Any "rebuttal" for this? Post them here if you have anything concrete other than your usual baloney that proves otherwise. 2. After trying to take advantage of the fact that Cash Now was based out of Canada (so these geniuses thought the law couldn't touch them here in the USA) and attempted to steal Cash Now's clients through their "new" franchise company "Neighborhood Financial Centers" that they formed unbeknownst to Cash Now were Paul Eckert and Bruce Chamberlain terminated immediately or not? Below is the link for Cash Now's announcement of "immediate termination" of Paul Eckert (this company (Cash Now) was almost destroyed after this incident and probably is out of business now) http://cashnow.com/usaoffice/IMPORTANTANNOUNCEMENT.pdf Any "rebuttal" for this? Post them here if you have anything concrete other than your usual baloney that proves otherwise. 3. For the same reasons above were Paul Eckert and Bruce Chamberlin sued by their employer (CashNow) for "injunctive relief, tresspass, misapropriation and misuse of trade secrets, conversion of of confidential business information, breach of duty of loyalty, unfair competition, civil conspiracy, tortious interference with contractual relations ..." or not ??? Here is the link for the complaint filed by Cash Now's attorney Craig A. Styer of Exton, PA http://cashnow.com/usaoffice/eckert.pdf Any "rebuttal"? Post them here if you have anything concrete other than your usual baloney that proves otherwise. 4. Did Paul Eckert take the initial franchisee fee from an Israeli businessman and nevr actually opened his store? What happened to that guy's money? Was it returned to him? Or what ..... Any "rebuttal"? Post them here if you have anything concrete other than your usual baloney that proves otherwise. 5. Did Paul Eckert take the initial franchisee fee (once again ) for "area developer" rights from "Mike from MN" ,which according to Eckert doesn't even exist, and never actually opened his stores or not? What happened to that guy's money? Was it returned to him? Or used for daughter's wedding or what??? http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/150/RipOff0150746.htm Any "rebuttal"? Post them here if you have anything concrete other than your usual baloney that proves otherwise. 6. What is Paul Eckert and his staff's "30 years experience in franchising experience" ???? And who should be called for reference? United check cashing that fired them or cash Now also fired on the spot and sued them??? What companies are your "references" that you are talking about here in this link http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/150/RipOff0150746.htm Would you care to post those "references" that you have here so everybody can see? 7. Let's talk about "Philly's Own Soft Pretzel Bakery" ... What industry experience does your staff actually have in pretzels bakeries, bakeries general etc. ??? What is it that you know so much about pretzel baking that people have to pay money for to become your franchisee???? 8. Did Paul Eckert pay for the "entire" remodelling of the "Traditional Soft Pretzel Bakery" on County line Road and Jacksonville in Hatboro, PA to "make it look" like a Philly's Own Soft Pretzel Bakery or not? Any "rebuttal" 8. Did Paul Eckert (and still is) pay the owners of the "Traditional Soft Pretzel Bakery" on County Line Road and Jacksonville in Hatboro, PA to sign up as a "special franchisee" or not? Later did he tell all the franchisee candidates that "this family with 100 years of pretzel business" sign up as a "regular" franchisee with the Philly's Own Soft Pretzel Bakery meaning they would pay Philly's Own (not the other way) for the "provilege" of being their franchisee or not? So what is this franchisee's real position? Is Paul Eckert paying them so he can con the franchise candidates by using this store as a "front" and tell them that a family with 100 years in this business became their franchisee because they were so impressed with this company's vision, expertise etc. or not?? That's very amusing actually. Once again any "rebuttal" for this? This list would go on and on all day... Looking forward to seeing your "rebuttals" and "references". After that we can move on to talking about other cons of Paul Eckert.

Please be advised that the information on this report is fictitious. The posts have been created by competitors in an effort to do harm to the reputation of this company and its principals. This is a fine franchise organization which has satisfied franchisees. There is no truth to what is being said here. There is no Mike in Minnesota . If you would like correct information, please contact our offices and we will be happy to provide you with information for our franchisees to get the truth about this franchise.

Paul Eckert and Bruce Chamberlin are now selling "Philly's Own Soft Pretzel Bakery " franchises that doesn't actually exist. They pay money to an old and reputable soft pretzel bakery (Philly's Traditional Soft Pretzel Bakery on County Line Road in Hatboro, PA) to carry their name and signs. Then they tell the franchisee candidates that these folks are their "actual" franchisees. they even take the franchisee candidates to this location (COunty Line ORoad in Hatboro, PA). These guys are a trip! They tell the poor franchisee candidates that the food cost and labor cost is nect to nothing and they will make hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales as soon as they open. In reality they don't know the first thing about the pretzels or the pretzel business. All they have is a couple crappy recipe and training manual that one of their ex employees "copied" from Auntie Anne's recipes and training manual (which happens to be this employee's previous employer).
