Family Subscriptions undelivered magazine subsciption. Golden, Colorado
paid for magazine subsciption and was told it would take 12 weeks for the delivery of the magazines. it's going on 30 weeks now and no magazines. contacted (phone call and emails) the processing company and they repeatly states it will take 12 weeks.
recently received an email from the processing company stating "I regret to inform you that we no longer process for this company. You can contact Bridgett Robbins @ 1-816-724-1724. She is the owner of Family Subscriptions the company you purchased your magazine from". Left several messages on Mr. Bridgett Robbins' voicemail with no response.
