Family Wellness Care Ripoff Theft of Service's Billing for Multiple Visits Services not Performed Algonquin Illinois
Dr. Chun Wong insisted on a $300 deposit to get on a waiting list for his DRX9000 back machine. I asked him point blank if it was refunded, in his own words he said he would take my $30 co-pay for the one office visit he would bill to my insurance. He billed my insurance for one visit @ $171, then bills a second visit on the same day for $350 and bills $36 for "Therapy". When I called his office and questioned the second visit and therapy she claimed it was not "Therapy", That was for your "Action Plan". They billed the full $300 to my Discover Card and expect me to pay the balance. I Called Discover and disputed the charges, filed a police report with the local police and have contacted the states attorney, BBB, and local chamber of commerce. Dr. Fung has not heard the last of this.
