Fanfire Fanfire.com THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE INTERNET
There is NO customer service with this company. I paid forty dollars a year for two years for membership mto their ZZ Top fanclub website, and am not allowed to post messages on their forum. It takes them nearly a year to ship merechandise ordered. They falsely advertise"meet and greets" with band members, at 250.00/ person. My wife and I shelled out 500.00 for one of these. We were not met by the band, we were not even allowed to speak to them, only herded into a line with forty or so other folks for a turn and burn photography session where the band stands there like cardboard cutouts for you to pose with. The guy who does this for them, ALan Schiff,with platinumphotos.signaturesnet.com is supposed to have your photos online for you, but his website is inaccesible. To make matters worse, your "autograped 8x10 photo " is one of those mass produced ones with autographs in white, at the bottom that the fanclub in Houston gave away with every $25 fanclub membership. This company knows they are scamming folks, but do not care! As a melanoma cancer patient who has undergone two recent brain surgeries, along with chemotherapy and radiation, I fell for their "meet and greet" scam as something to splurge on to reward myself for everything I had to go through. I have NEVER felt so ripped off, even when filing my taxes!
