Farootales Chaco website I ordered 3 pair Chaco shoes and never received, on site my order states still processing no ph number or contact number provided anywhere
Ordered and paid w debit in July, no contact number anywhere on site, never received, after I ordered the following day I had 6 debits from my bank acct from japan and had to change all acct information. There’s no way to contact them.

First of all, Chaco's are almost never discounted (not even a little). That should have been your first clue. Secondly, NO part of their website is secure (especially the checkout page). That should have been your second clue.
Face it. You've been ripped off. I'd contact your card issuer and file a fraud complaint. You may already be outside the window to do that, though.
