August 12, 2018 ordered Men's Mega Z/Cloud Chacos size 11. Cost on farootales.com site $42.40 plus flat rate ship $12.99 total $55.49 credit card
Checked bank account next day and noticed charge August 13,2018 to MAX*BJCHINAXI T for $65.90 No contact from company about $ change.
Tried several times to contact by email (blank form on their site as ONLY communication form) No response.
August 27,2018, I received a small pkg from China. upon opening it, I found a plastic pair of flip flops...which I did not order!
Tried again to contact seller/business with no response.
Contacted my bank, the Federal Trade Commission and you for help with this matter.
The site is still active, selling the same Chacos that I ordered.
Sham, sham, shame! I hope you can get these crooks off the internet.
I clicked on their site while browsing Facebook. Facebook replied that since they were a link, not subject to FB help or watch.
I kept copies of my original order and picture of the actual Chacos I ordered.
