Fast Auction Profit - Clickbuilder Took money out illegally, caused Insufficient charges, will not refund. ripoff Saint George Utah
I signed up for this offer, paying only $1.97 shipping, and, like the other report before me, this company illegally billed my card $49.95 AND $8.95 the DAY it arrived. I cancelled my subscription with them the day after I signed up, before I even got thier software. They still billed my card and caused FOUR small debit transactions of mine to bounce. So they owe me $100 for insufficiant funds, and $59 for what they took out.
I called (with the cancellation number THEY gave me) and they said that they were not responsible for the insufficiant funds I was charged, but ADMITTED that it was THIER mistake for taking the money out. I was able to explain to my bank and get two of the INFs dropped, but I had to cover the other two out of my own pocket.
I have since called them SEVEN times, threatening to contact an attorney if my $49.95 is not refunded, and they keep saying it is in the process. I cannot afford an attorney, though I wish I could. I have two small girls I am trying to take care of, and I have to rob peter to pay paul without things like this happening. I guess I will have to live and learn.
