I was contacted by Fast Track Auto when I went through a broker to find transport for my car from California to Delaware. Aaron, person who called, assured me I would have no trouble getting my car shipped. He was emphatic he could find a carrier in a couple days at the most. I thought I had done enough research to feel comfortable with the transaction and paid the broker fee. As soon as I hung up from contracting with them, I had an additional question. I called back and got voice mail. I called 12 times in the next few days, all going to voicemail, even during business hours. I left 4 messages asking for a return call. After 8 days of no returned calls, no shipper for the car, and pure frustration, I called from another phone number other than my own. My call was picked up on the first ring! I was told my "order was on a bullitin board truckers look at" and was now waiting for a reply. I asked how long it normally takes, and was told there was no way to know. (this was opposite of what I was told in the initial call) Meanwhile my car is still in California. out of desperation I called another company I found and they not only picked up the car in 48 hours, but did not charge me a broker fee until it was picked up. Fast Track Auto is not only not what it advertises, but after they have your money, there is no contact. since that time, I have found this is a common problem with this company, with some people having worse experiences than mine.
