This situation was a misunderstanding. Fast Track's customer service department has researched this claim and found the following:
We did not receive a request from Anita until 6/22.
At this time we promptly responded to her concerns, cancelled the membership and issued a complete refund.
Fast Track is a member in good standing with the BBB and always handles customer requests quickly. We are very sorry to hear about this situation and have done all we can to resolve the problem with Anita.

After sending email and making a call directly to the US I
received an email saying that they did not receive my cancelation details, they
apologized and said they would refund my money.
I am please to say that this has happened and they sent there apologies.
Please remember if you have a problem with money being taken out of your account make sure you case it up, this company will refund you.

I am a member of Fast Track to Fat Loss. This group has provided me with all the tools I need to lose fat. In fact, I have been extremely successful on Fast Track. They keep me motivated and have excellent contests to help individuals and groups stay accountable to themselves and each other! And their prizes and incentives are amazing!
I have never had a problem with Fast Track and am not sure how long this person has had this issue, but my suggestion would be to write or call and see what you could do and give them time to get back with you. These are honest and caring people who put the health and all of its benefits as number one!
Please do not spend time trying to make a good company look bad! Remember we are all human and sometimes it takes time to respond when you are an International Program! I will not stop my membership with Fast Track! They are awesome!

I'm so sorry that you had problems with the billing, but I know this company and these people and they are good and honest. Please log on to the website and message me (Laurie) and I'll make sure that you're request gets the attention that it deserves.
