Complaint Review: FastFrame And Vanessa Heegaard - Fort Lauderdale Florida

The customer has clearly confused two companies. Fastframe is listed in the heading, but the name FastSigns and the services offered by FastSigns, are detailed in the customer complaint. It is an easy mistake to make as the two logos are very similar in name and color, and the local businesses are on the same street in Ft. Lauderdale. Additionally, both Vanessa Heegaard, our franchisee, and the customer service department at our corporate office, searched our customer database records and found no name matching the customer complaint for FastSigns. We hope the customer will make the appropriate corrections to the complaint as Vanessa Heegaard is one of our top customer service franchisees in the US and has an impeccable reputation with her customers and our company. First of all, we do NOT do signs and posters at our store, we create custom picture frames, and our store is called FastFrame not FastSigns. There is a FastSigns location a block north of our store, but we have no direct relationship or connection with this entity. We have searched our databae and records going back 4 years, and based on your initials signed on your ripoff report and location, Hallandale, Fl, there is no record of us doing a custom picture frame or poster for a 50th anniversary theme, as you claimed. When we frame old photographs we ALWAYS either encapsulate them or protect them in order for our customers to be able to preserve them for years. That is the company policy and the way we do business. We would never mount any old photos without a customer written consent. That you are using my first and last name is a defamation of character and a very serious accusation. I demand that you remove this claim immediately or support your proof that this was done in our store. We have never received a call or claim from you at our store for this work.
