In September of 2009 I ordered a RE-307 Relative Digital Field Strength Meter from Fatboy Products "alter ego" website, www.chargercharger.com website, for $75 plus $16.00 for UPS shipping.
About 8 days later I received the item via USPS Parcel Post (not UPS as charged) for a cost of $4.90 shipping. This was ripoff number one.
Upon attempting to use the meter I realized it was defective as the digital display would only flash partial digits for milliseconds at a time.
Over a weeks time I send three emails to the seller informing him that the product was defective and requesting how to go about returning the defective product for a refund. After the third email, I received a poorly-written reply from a completely illiterate fool using the name "Anthony Nastasi" that (after deciphering the incoherent ramble, misspelled words and lack of punctuation) said that I didn't know what I was talking about, I wasn't a "tech" and therefore could not say whether the unit was defective. Apparently Fatboy Products is under the impression that it takes a "tech" to realize that a digital display that only displays random parts of the digits is defective. He furthermore referred to me as "stupid" for asking his return policy.
I again contacted him, ignoring his insulting language and illiterate writing, again requesting how to return the item for a refund. Anthony Nastasi's reply (again full of misspelled words, no punctuation and very poor grammar) indicated that nowhere on his website does he offer a warranty or return policy, so (and I quote) "you idiot aer s**t out if luck".
STAY AWAY FROM FATBOY PRODUCTS / CHARGER CHARGER unless you want to throw away your money to uneducated thieves who sell shoddy equipment and refuse to stand behind their products. I'm out $86.00 due to illiterate scammer Anthoni Nastasi's theft.
