Faurt Pet Delivery Agency RUDOLPH VENYEN Mr. Hernandez Ben Castro Partner scam of a pet breeder Dallas Texas
After sending money to purchase a puppy I was contacted for transport of the puppy. The transport was to be included in the cost of the dog.
Faurt Pet Delivery Agency emailed me Change of Ownership papers for the dog to sign and return. Once I did another email came telling me it wouldn't be safe for the puppy unless I paid $1526 "insurance" for a special crate.
After paying this amount, they said I would be refunded all but $76 upon receipt of the puppy. I did not pay it, I had already been ripped off by the breeder.
