FB ASSISTANT CreateAutomate They took my money for a product that doesn’t work Texas
I bought FB Assistant for $97. They sent the wrong software after leading me to believe that it was compatible across the board. It wasn’t compatible with my Mac and I had a project to get done. I was forced to purchase elsewhere while waiting for their response to my refund request. Not only was I informed by the other company that this type of fb group scheduling software is against Facebook rules but it can also get you banned. I received a warning for scheduling to groups. Well, FB Assistant got back to me with a Mac version and I explained that I had to go elsewhere. They are knowingly selling a useless product and they’re more than ok with it. They responded to my refund request with "we do not give refunds because users changed their minds.” And, as if that wasn’t enough, a woman from the company called and proceeded to yell down the phone at me. After a little research, I’ve discovered that this a husband and wife team of scam artists and not a legitimate enterprise.
