This company does not understand Customer Service.  I returned a dress in June and have yet to receive a refund on my credit card.  I called them and they said it's in their warehouse and still needs to be processed.  They sure charged my card immediately...so what's up with waiting over 60 days and still no credit.

I am calling my mastercard company today and have them take over.  I will NEVER order from these people again.
