Won 500 rounds of 38 special +P ammo on gunbroker, and they sent out 380 acp. i have left messages and tried to email but now their gunbroker account is disabled. i tried to shoot this in my 380 and it wouldnt even cycle and got my pistol really dirty and covered in thick carbon. after many failed attempts i tracked down another number from the address and it went to a ups store in the same city, when i called the people didnt know anything about the ammo but told me it was a guy named neil mehta who had the box registered but they couldnt reach him with the info that was provided......tottal scam!!

I find that each of these claims have merit to some degree. First lets look at a few things. Who is the Registered Agent of FedArms? Stephen Smith. How many complaints does the BBB have? 25! But the party in which you purchased them from Neil Ravi Mahta, was not a party to Fedarms, but mearly listed as a "consultant". Recently, Neil went on the run from the FBI, in which turned into a Mulit State Man Hunt, ending in his eventual arrest in Texas, where the United States of America through The Western District of Arkansas through its Federal Prosecutor indicted Neil Mahta for Unregistered Explosives. Was he a dealer? Was he legally a dealer? Some shift to the thought that no he was not, but merely playing on the minds of the potential buyers only providing information needed to complete the purchase. In fact, through investigation, I learned that a good prtion of customers that attempted to contact the "company", never got a response, and never received acknowledgment of the issue. No the elephant in the room. Your correct to the degree that you obviously purchased weapons from an Unauthorized Dealer, but incorrect that Fedarms as a whole was responsible for a party they knew nothing about in that capcity. Since Neil Mahta has been federally charged (they have a 90% conviction rate), then I can only deduce that he will not be dealing arms any time soon, so for the mean time, if you purchase from Fedarms, please make sure and research the site, check out the Registed Owners, Do an EIN Search, investigate them BEFORE you put your money there. Your not going to simply let someone do a surgury on you without doing some research on them right? So why would you go online and buy things from people you know nothing about to begin with!?

I have dealth with both the company Fedarm and the individual in Ft. Smith Arkansas who claims to be Fedarm. These are not the same people. I bought an FR 99 shotgun from gunbroker and thought I was buying it from the company that imports it. Unfortunately, the individual in Arkansas was someone who bought a lot of these firearms and was trying to sell them on gunbroker. When he failed to get the price he had agreed to sell them for in his contract with fedarm, he tried to back out of the sale. But this guy is not the company fedarm. I'm sorry you had this problem, but you had the problem with a person who was pretending to be someone he was not.

Dear TacShooter and RipOffReport,
We saw this listing against our Company. By our records we have never sold ammunition to you and FedArm does not have Gunbroker account. We are not sure if this is even FedArm ammo, but most likely you purchased this from one our local dealers or Dropshippers who may also have a UPS box in Fort Smith, AR.
Mr. Neil Mehta is one of our financiers and we have no idea why the UPS store gave you his name and the address of one of his investment properties in town?
If you do have FedArm ammo: FedArm has a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee on all FedArm products. Either let us know who you bought the ammo from, or just call / contact us directly and we can resolve this for you.
Email us at: PR(at)fedarm.com or call either of our office numbers.
--------------------------------
We are formally asking you and RipOffReport to take this posting down as this transaction did not even involve FedArm. And you are posting incorrect defamatory information about one of our financiers based on some wrong information given you.
We are also filling a court order to have this posting removed from various search directory listings as it has been incorrectly filled against FedArm and our financier, when it should have been filled against whomever you purchased the ammo from.
