I ordered from Medifast for my dietary needs. Packaged was shipped Federal Express on 4-4-08, all 13.9 lbs. Package kept bouncing between Keasby, NJ and Wallingford, CT for the next 6 days. Obviously, there was a problem as the package kept going back and forth between these two locations.

I called FedEx customer service three times. On 4-10 I was assured I would receive the package on 4-11 and it never arrived. On 4-11 I was again assured I would receive that day but no package. I received a call from a FedEx customer service rep on 4-12 who assured me it was on the truck and I should receive it later in the day, still no package. The next day was Sunday, so I was out of luck. I called customer service again on Monday 4-14 and was told the package was on the truck for home delivery and the Wallingford, CT center did not deliver home packages on Monday as they are closed. You guessed it, I was assured it would be delivered on

Tuesday 4-15, 12 DAYS after it was first shipped.

I wrote Medifast requesting a full refund of my shipping cost. I do not hold out much hope of receiving the package from FedEx tomorrow.
