Federal Pardon Canada Ripped My Husband Off Regarding a US Waiver Toronto Internet
my husband and I hired this company back in Oct/2012 for a urgent us waiver. alex keeling is his caseworker. he quenteed us that he would have his waiver approved. we paid for his services of 520.00 to do an application up. we put it on our credit card. we can not get a reembursed for it. alex told my huaband to get his figureprinting done back in Oct/2012. he did so! gave them authorization for them to receive them. alex had quenteed us that he would have it approved within 6mth. to this day we do not know the status of it. very poor customer service! they like taking your money but does not deliver there service. we had plans to go down to disney by the an of april with our grandchilden but he could not go. to this day we do not know anything. we called him, left messages email messages and no reply. we reprted them back to bbb business in april about this and they could not get through. no replys! so they suggestted to go through consumer affairs in ont., so we did. they suggested to reort them to rcmp anti fraud, we did! the consumer affairs suggested for to send them a registered letter, we done that for a rebate, no replys still. we are really frustrated. consumer affairs just emailed us and said that they don't think, that they can get our money back! but they can report them to the law society. they are a bad company to do business. do not trust that company.
