FEDEX They promissed 2nd day delivery, it took 3 weeks!!! false promises MEMPHIS Tennessee
I send a package overseas and I paid $206.00 for 2nd day service. The package was delivered to the wrong address and I had to make several phone calls overseas to find it. Finaly it was delivered three weeks later to the right address.
I called and asked for a refound or at least the difference from the $206.00. A three week service doesn't cost the same as a two day service. They asked for my phone number but two weeks have gone by and I haven't heard from them.
Question: Is FEDEX a good company? Is it worth shipping with them?
Reading some reports here, from other consumers, makes me think twice.
