This company rips people off by having you pay half of parts upfront when you order and they NEVER come in! Then they tell you that they made a mistake and the order is actually more expensive, and you need to pay more money. The bottom line is that I never received my parts. When I asked to speak with the owner I am always told he just stepped out. I found out his name is Frank Loshuia, but I can never speak with him. Fel-TEch Hammers and Mr Frank are thieves.

While I don't have any information on the specific details of this complaint, I am writing to let the original poster and any future readers know that Fel-Tech is under new ownership. I took over the business from Frank Lashua in June of 2019. Frank is no longer involved in Fel-Tech, he's retired. I know it doesn't mean much for me to simply say so, but I believe I'm an honest and straightforward person.
I encourage anyone who has a complaint about Fel-Tech to contact me directly to see how we can resolve the issue. Everone makes mistakes from time to time, and it's how we handle those mistakes that defines our character. We are in business to build long-term relationships and help our customers succeed.
