FERNANDO MACIAS IS A COMPLETE SLUMLORD, JUST LOOK AT HIS RENTALS!! This man straight up will rent to anyone, including a household FULL of Somalian immigrants who literally live off the state. He rents a 4 bedroom hourse in Cornelius to a 400 LB Non-english speaking woman and her 8 (YES, COUNT EM, 8) complete terror children with another on the way, all paid for by us taxpayers. The kids trash the entire neighborhood, throwing garbage everywhere, and Fernando Macias does NOTHING ABOUT IT. Trying to contact him is a fruitless effort, as he states himself that he "doesnt care, as long as he gets the rent check from the state housing."
There has been no carpet in the house for months, and a child almost died falling out of the window when the mother was out of the country leaving her 15 year old to watch over all the little ones for 2 weeks, still Fernando Macias did nothing.
Watch out for this guy! DONT RENT FROM HIM!

Fernando Macias is a total SLUMLORD I agree. I used to rent from him at Hillaire Manor in Hillsboro. Probably the WORST 4-Plex you could imagine, nothing but illegal immigrants and broken down cars. Try getting any maintanance done, it WONT HAPPEN! The next door neighbors were growing pot and had people coming from all hours of the night and day. I think they were cooking meth too you could tell by the gross cat pee smell that was thick.
Tried calling the landlord (Fernando Macias) and he said there is nothing he could do about it. Just plain discusting and a low life. His actual business address is 13325 SW Weir Rd, Beaverton OR 97008 thats where we sent our rent checks every month and the phone number we would call for maintanance or tenant problems was the main phone number for the rental company, 503-708-1696 or we had to email [email protected] but some of us couldnt afford computers with internet so we were stuck calling the number that was never answered. Couldnt wait till my lease was up, so glad im out of there, what a hell hole it was.
