RECOMMENDATIONS:

Please report your experiences this company here, whether good or bad. I believe that collecctive experiences here will help create a better overall picture for this company which apparently has no reviews elsewhere. I would like to know if ours is a unique case or not.

PROS:

Recommended by a friend that used their services, and claimed to have worked well. Probably works fine for some businesses, but not ours. They did acheive some results, albeit small.

CONS:

1. Came seriously short of their performance expectations, in terms of total new business and cost per conversion.

2. Pushy into obtaining our business metrics (price gouging? data mining?) which they constantly attributed to protecting their reputation (and which is largely why am writing this review actually). We far exceeded their minimum requirements.

3. Relied on buzzwords, ambiguity, and promises to help sell themselves, and unnecessarily extend the campaign.

SUMMARY:

Please report your experiences here, as I hope our case is unique. When I looked for reviews on this company, I noticed they have a big problem with turnover as well at their company, which may indicate other issues here.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations.  FetchBack is strictly a site re-targeting company.  We hyperfocus all of our attention and resources on our ability to convert your lost prospects.

Since we are focused strictly on site re-targeting, we need to develop partnerships with our clients.  The quality of the traffic we re-target is always a factor of the quality of the traffic driven to the sites.  We are then dependent on the conversion rate of the site (clean paths of conversion), offers and competitive data.

Our account management team is taught to develop strong partnerships with our clients.  We want them working together to achieve goals and utilize our information to improve the performance. Our partnership involves asking information about business metrics to make better decisions on re-targeting.  This data helps us convert lost prospects at a greater percentage and hit our clients performance metrics.

Since FetchBack is only a site re-targeting company, we NEVER do any data mining.  We do not even collect any PII (personally identifiable information).  We have been highly successful in our business model by focusing on conversions for our clients.  Our greater than 95% retention rate with some of the industries largest websites proves it.

Our advantage in the marketplace is that we offer a fully managed re-targeting solution.  This includes media buying across multiples networks, exchanges and DSP's, media strategy, creative directions and design, account optimization and client service representatives.  I am sorry that site re-targeting did not work for you or your site.  I do hope you see the value we provide and how creating a partnership with our clients provides increased performance throughout.
