F&F Communications Michael Kanefsky deceptive advertising, misleading info, cold blooded lieing New York New York
I am very infuriated by a recent job posting entitled "Verizon Authorized Sales Agent"
This is a formal complaint against F&F communications. Michael Kanefsky, the sales manager at F&F communications is a lying, deceptive and misleading individual. He flat out lied about the salary. There is no base salary, and the job only pays based on
closed commissioned sales only. As a sales agent, you get paid $20 for selling 1 line to any business who converts to the Verizon Centrex technology. There is no
reimbursement for mandatory travelling expenses resulting from being assigned a particular neighborhood with the requirement of compiling a listing of business in
that neighborhood. As an authorized Verizon sales agent I was required to travel at my own expense another
complete lie. I filed out a W-9 form upon being hired which is against your advertising rules. Michael Kanefsky never
provided me with essential details regarding my employment at F&F communications and did not explain anything. He simply hired me and put me to work.
There was no written documentation about my employment which may have included company conduct, employee benefits, duties and even a
detailed job description. In fact, the effort to explain any information verbally was rarely attempted. Michael Kanefsky
lied to me on many occasions about my employment and I only found out after specifically asking questions. He was very irate
over me asking simple questions. Michael Kanefsky had a double standard for me and the rest of the employees allowing them to
leave early and requiring that I stay. I was not being paid for office work yet he required that I stay which is ludicris. He did not suggest times for a break or lunch
and dodged many questions that I asked relating to my assignments. The level of professionalism is definitely absent from his workplace with vulgar obscenities
Being yelled out constantly from fellow employees.
This company should be banned from posting any advertisements on careerbuilder.com because of their deceptive practices. This
conduct is illegal and must be stopped. I quit after dealing with this nonsense for 2 days and hope that no-one else will
have to be lied to. He encouraged his employees to not ask questions instead "to just do it.". Please take
appropriate action on this matter. Thank You.

In response to your post about F&F Communications, Mike Kanefsky is no longer employed at this business. He displayed improper business etiquete,bad business ethics and deceptive sales tactics. As an employee during Mr. Kanefsky's tenure I can personally attest to your post and agree that he was a very misleading individual. The written documentaion you are referring to describing each employees duties and expectations in the company is now made available to all employees.Also, Mr Kanefsky's partner in crime, Abraham Margolit, set a standard for bad business bahavior and improper etiquette when dealing with customers who were either skeptical or questioned the nature of documentation. In what seemed to be a daily ritual of obnoxious and pompous behavior on the telephone he displayed a lack of class and disrespected not only Verizon's good name, but F&F as well. Daily tirades involving threats and vulgarity occured in the workplace and were common place. In the end both of these individuals took their operation to another telecommunications company called IBS along with thousands of dollars worth of orders they were paid for at F&F and were probably paid for at IBS as well. In the end their actions will catch up with them and be properly dealt with.
