Unfortunately, I fell for that scam too. If you read the small (very small) print on the back it does say that this "Co" is not affiliated with any government agency. Aside from that, here's what I did and got my money back: Call the phone number listed on the paperwork and leave a message (no live person will answer), that you have been scammed and will file a report with the BBB and State Attorney General unless someone phones you back asap! Trust me, you'll get a call back and when you do, stick to your guns! Don't let the guy intimidate you....let him know that unless you get the full $125 back, you will follow through with reporting them to both agency's. I did that and got a full refund that week.
