Buyers Beware! If you need a auto or other type of loan, make sure the bank that you obtain the loan from is not involved with fradulent collection companies like "The Cadle Company".

If you have a health problem, bankruptcy, or other type of hard times, and you default on your loan, is is bad enough to get your auto repossessed, and bad credit, but it even worse to have a judgement filed against you years later, after the loan has long been charged off by the lender, such as Fidelity National Bank, by an illegal collection company.

Fidelity sells your OLD CHARGED OFF LOAN, years later, in huge groups to scalper companies like The Cadle Company, which in turn assigns them to seceret partnerships, like "Dan Joint Venture III. LP", or "Atlanta Joint Venture", hmmm...Atlanta Joint Venture and Fidelity in Atlanta, GA....hmmmmm. Then The cadle Company sues you, files a judgement against you in the name of "The Cadle Company", and Cadle don't even own the old debt!

So if you counter sue Cadle, you get nothing, as Cadle owns nothing...remember, they assigned their assets to the SECERET PARTNERSHIPS!

This is illegal, violates "The Fair Collections Act", and is Predatory Collection Tactics. Cadle is really acting as a collection company, since they lied to the courts and said they owned the debt, they really are acting as collector for the secret partnerships. They are NOT LICENSED as a collection company to conduct collection activities either.

Cadle has been Banned from operation in Massachusetts, as that state has finally investigated them and banned them.

Fidelity knows what happens to you when they assign your old charged off loan to fradulant companies, and they don't care, they get paid well, really well. So be aware when you borrow, nobody wants to default on a loan, but nobody knows the future, and people get sick, die, and suffer money problems, so avoid banks like Fidelity.
