Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First let me start off saying I give good reviews not just bad ones. This company deserves 0 stars. I am a first time home owner so I dont know the whole ins and outs of this process, unfortunatley I found out the hard way there are a lot of people who try to pull fast ones and decieve you. These people did and really screwed me.

First, we were to close on our house on a Friday. The lender sent all the paper work over on a Monday. From my understanding that is more than enough time. We were supposed to recieve a call that Tuesday or Wendsday to sign the title to the house. No call. So we call Thursday. We say hey why havnt you called us to sign our title yet? Well the girl who is doing your paper work is out sick. Ok.. Well we close on our house tommorow doesnt anyone else work there???? Then their software from the computer appearently didnt allow them to print it. So 430 PM, 30 min before they close they can have us sign the papers. The guy having us sign the papers, was a smart a** and could care less about being there, he answered no questions and just threw papers at us saying sign here.

Then they needed the rest of the closing money, all the banks are obviously closed by now. So they tell us to wire the money. They wanted an extra 500 dollars for the warranty, ok great I wanted one anyways. So we wire it.

The next day some rude girl at the front desk tells us that was dumb and ask why we would do that. Well you guys told us to!!! We also wanted to hash out the warranty deal and they said well you have to call this number. Well when we did all of those people were at their christmas party so they left early from the office. They said call Monday after close no big deal well back date to Friday.

Call Monday to get our warranty because our water heater is leaking and we need a new one. They say sorry we wont cover it because it was a pre existing condition and we should have got the warranty on Friday. Then they pointed the finger at us, at our realtor and everyone else but them, who said call Monday. So pissed off at this point, I went and got my 500 dollars back and told them to shove it. The water heater actually cost me less than 500 dollars. LOL. If they would have just honored their word and followed through instead of screwing me I would have probably renewed my warranty with them. Instead they lost a customer forever and I will now do everything I can to let people know of terrible service they provided me. If youre buying a house and these people are some way involved. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM.
