Fidelity Warranty Services Ripoff In Chattanooga Decline pmt to fix my car Deerfield Beach Florida
On 11/17/06 i took my car into Newton Chevrolet in chattanooga to check out my car. I heard a clunking sound when i was steering my 2005 impala LS. The service advisor checked it in and about 20 minutes later came back and said it need some tie rod repair it was costing 262.00.
I told them i had extended warranty(platnium)with 100,000 mile warranty i paid $1975.00 for. They called Fidelity they decline the work order becuase they said it was a wear item. And it wasnt covered. So i called Fidelity they told me same thing but when i was sold the warranty the salesman told me that it was bumper to bumper warranty and it coverd everything except maintainance items.
I was angry because i realized Fidelity is a shady dishonest company and will never do business with them again. So i went to the salesman who sold me the warranty and lied to me about the coverage and canceled the contract from this theiving company that enjoys taking your money but dont like you filing claims when needed. This company needs to be sued and employess there need to be in jail for their actions
I will never to business with this company again i learned my Lesson. I bought my Last GM car. IMport cars are better cars anyway.
