I sent them my hard drive they said it would cost 200 dollars to fix then say 1500 so I told them nevermind just send it back and this has been awhile now, my son has been calling them everyone gives him a different answer ,so I called them a few days ago and I talked to some guy he said it was shipped out and I should receive it this week I asked for the tracking number he said there was none because it was through the post office, and I told him it don't matter you still get a tracking number anyways, I said let me just be blunt with you are you even sending it back at all the guy said yes I would receive it, well my son calls today and spoke to some lady and she said it was not sent out yet that it would be sent out tomorrow and I would get it in 2 to 3 weeks, I think this is a shady company and I don't recommend anyone to use this place and if i don't receive my hard drive back very soon I am contacting an attorney because I took pictures of the hard drive before it was sent in to them and I have all the info on the hard drive I will do whatever I have to, to the fullest extent of the law because I can't stand scammers I have things on there that i have collected over the years and pictures of my parents who are no longer with me they passed away in 2008 I had scanned the original pictures I did have of them onto my computer and I thank God I did because i lost the original ones in a tragic accident so those are the only ones I have left so I will for sure pursue this to the fullest extent of the law if i do not receive the hard drive and they already told me that it can be recovered so when and if I get it ,the stuff better be able to be recovered because they already told me it was recoverable I have that in a email so, I wouldn't recommend using this company for anything and if u already have and are having the same problems i am contact attorney
