I have owned pools my entire life and this is the worste construction I have ever seen. They have not even fullfilled all of their contracts. I cannot get them to come back and even show me how to operate the new salt system. The new pool liner has several large wrinkles. VERY POOR COMPANY TO DO BUSNESS WITH!

Pleae be advised that we have researched our records and service/warranty requests and have no records of a customer "Frank, Gulfport, MS." If this is, in fact, one of our customers we do ask that you contact our store immediately at 228-832-5055 so we can resolve this matter. Please see our response to the alleged complaint. If we do not get a response from "Frank" we will request all information from RipOff of the posted complaint. If this is a competitior trying to ruin our good reputation by slander,we will prosecute to the fullest extent. In respnse to the Rip-Off Report Poor Construction? All of our work under contract is done by Fiesta Pools, a permit is pulled -- in fact we encourage homeowners to NEVER pull their own permit -- and ALL OF OUR WORK IS INSPECTED BY CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR PROPER INSTALLATION. Fiesta Pools even has many in-ground customers who have moved and they purchased a second in-ground pool because of the great work and service after the sale. Poor Help? By pool standards Fiesta Pools tries to hire the most qualified individuals and helpers as we can inside and outside of our store. Any complaints will be taken serious and the necessary steps will be taken. We have not be aware of any such. Poor Design? "Frank" claims to have vinly liner pool and "Frank" would have designed his own pool by choosing an ALREADY CAD Designed pool size and shape as well as the depth, and most important the liner to be installed. All other options are chosen by customers (decking, coping, etc) "Frank would have also completed his design with lanscaping. Fiesta Pools does not provide landscape services. All of our pools are as beautiful as our customers design them -- to their specific liking. Broken Promises? Fiesta Pools is not aware of any broken promises to customers. All work to be done is stated in the contract and completed along with POOL SCHOOL in the time-period stated, prior to final payment. Salt System? During Pool School customers are shown how to use their salt system. Most already have it figured out prior to Pool School and very few will call with a question -- usually it can be answered by phone. If they need another Pool School we will do that too. Recently, someone bought a house that Fiesta Pools installed a pool for the Seller. The buyer called Fiesta Pools and we went to the new homeowner and showed them how to use the Salt System. Several Large Wrinkles? Customers do not make final payments until their pool is complete per their contract. Wrinkles caused by other circumstances, hurricanes, underground water, improper property drainage, gutters draining to pool, are not the fault of Fiesta Pools. However, IF THERE IS FAULT BY Fiesta Pools we do correct these matters. If this is a legitimate complaint rather than a competitor trying to ruin our good reputation, we do ask that "Frank" contact our office immediately and ask for Wendy or Hope so that the alleged claim can be resolved. At Fiesta Pools customer service is taken very SERIOUS.
