I have been subscribed to Film and TV Pro for three months. In that time, whenever I have clicked on a supposedly immediate job alert, the post is "No Longer Active", or I have experienced that the jobs listed are totally inappropriate ie, 16,000 PA for an experienced editor, with colour correction and After Effects skills.

The site charges over £20 per month to subscribe (if you want to be able to cancel your rolling contract). I cancelled my contract on the last day of the month and called the company to make sure that I was not charged for the next month (since it said on the website that I would not be charged "after" the next month's payment).

I spoke to a receptionist who did not know what he was talking about and was extremely difficult to understand, other than saying "No. We can't reverse that payment now."

I then asked to speak to Head of Finance - Amelia - who was criminally inflexible. 

This company do not care about their customers and they clearly have no mind for ethics either.

I am having to go through my bank to stop the payment, which is extremely time consuming and I am just in disbelief that a company - a supposedly reputable and fairly new to the industry company(!) - are conducting themselves in this manner.

The service they provide is ineffective. The way they conduct their business is outrageous. And they are a waste of money and a waste of time.
