I have known Ross Angel for many years. I have made three investments with him and have not received a dime back. Two of those investments were a scam. This third investment has not yet developed. I pray it is not a scam. I lent Angel $4000.00 with no interest seven years ago and not a penny back. In one of the lost investments, people have been convicted of ripoff. I recently loaned Angel and Steven Berez funds for an emergency and was promised the return of those funds with in a week. It is two months and not even a call back. Steven Berez name has been associated in several scam publications.

The news gets worse..Steven Berez former Employe writes in this publication "Ripoff Report" cheated him out of commissons. Furthermore; funds from payments made by partners which are movie theaters are being written off as expenses and Steven Berez is useing the money for personel use.
Ross Angel told me money due individuals were witheld up and given to a single large investor. This appears to Ponzzi Scam. I have lost large sums of money (Approx $125,000.00) and no KI Tax Report. I have not had any communication with these crooks in over a year. If they were in jail I could understand. I am writing the California Department o fBussiness Oversight. They do excellent work to correct such wrong doings.

speaking to the principals mentioned in the report have informed me the cause of delay of payment.
my understanding of the situation warrants a delay of payment and release of anger and dought.
most of us experiance a problem in life.
