Financial Knowledge Network UNKNOWN ADDRESS/PHONE DISCONNECTED Clearwater, Florida
This company, Financial Knowledge Network called me on June 25, 2011, stating that they could help me get my interest rates down on my credit cards, and up my credit score by 30 points, and save me $3000 - $6000 dollars in interest rate. All I had to do was charge $995.00 to my credit card and they would send me a package to inform me of how my credit was going to change. I made the payment, and I got this package with copies of my credit reports, something I already new. They wanted me to sign this letter and send it back, but before I got the package, they had already taken the money off of my credit card. So I called them to canceled the order and that I wanted a refund. The number that I have #727-260-5017 is not a working number, and then I wrote a letter to them and let them know that they was not living up to their expectation and that I wanted my money back. That letter came back, with unable to deliver, address unknown. I would grateful if somebody could help me in getting my money back and get these peoples locked up, where they belong.
