Financial Solutions Today , United Debt Relief They promised to get me a loan modification with 100% refund if they didn't. No loan mod and no money. Ripoff. Frank Riccio should be prosecuted. Bridgewater, New Jersey
I hired Financial Solutions Today to secure a loan modification for me. Their papers stated a 100% refund if they failed to get a loan modification. They tried (as far as I know) to negotiate with my mortgage company, Bank of America and failed to get my loan modified. They tried again and never notified me of anything. I had to hear from Bank of America that I was turned down again. At this point I should have received my money back. This has been going on since the end of October 2009. Now all the phone nbrs I have are not working and the lawyers service - MLC Services from Arizona who was working with them is not answering their phones either.
I have been told that they are operating under a different name - i.e. United Debt Relief. A very ironic thing - Frank Riccio - that scam artist - put something out on the internet about not getting taken on false companies trying to get loan modifications. Meanwhile he is the one who is cheating us. He needs to be stopped.
