i saw the cormarcial and spoke to my boyfriend about recorder the cormercial and i did not have a cheking accoutn one off that so the person i spoke to on the phone said just to put everything on my boyfriend name so i did. I started in 2006 i endend my paypment rufly about 3 months ago i spend 2000 on a computer today is the 120th day my computer is not here has not arrive as i tryed to open my account online it said server cant be found so i went on to ask.com spelled their ame out all i saw was report ripp offs. i did not have the money to go out and by one so i thought to my self if is only 35.00 wekly i should be fine is not that bad. well it ended out to be my mom send them a letter from the eternys officve this is bull would i be getting ,y money back?? is hard to say i have no idea wat to do i could off just went to waltmart bought the say computer for 500.00. i dont believe it they keep saying that the returned document has not arrived so they send me another form to sing. i did mailed it back called 3 weeks later said they have not recieved it send me another form to sign this time i already call for the 3rth time they told me as soon as we get this document form back out and we recive it you will recieve ur computer in 120 after i waited more than that is been more that a year what should i do ??

I STARTER LAST YEAR SOMETIME 2 YEARS TRYING TO GET MY COMPUTER WAS NOT CAPABLE OFF DOING THAT IT NEVER CAME I WAS SUPPOST TO RECIVE IT THIS MONTH LOOK ON TH EWEBSITE ALL I SAW WAS THI SIS A RIP OFF I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WILL I BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK I PAID 3499 OR 35.99 A WEEK FOR 2 YEARS I WANNA SAY A LITTLE LESS THAN 2000. I WAS TOLD AS SOON AS THEY GET 400.00 CASH THEY EILL SEND ME OUT THE COMPUTER I ORDER THEY GOT THERE MONEY AND I CALLED LIKE MY COMPUTER IS NOT HERE THAY TOLD ME 4 TIME I NEED TO SEND THEM SOME INFORMATION SAYING THAT ONCE I GET MY COMPUTER I WILL KEEP MAKING PAYMENT I DID THAT MAILED IT BACK 2 WEEK SLATER CALLED THEM THEY SAID NEVER RECIEVED THE PAPERS THEY SEND ME OUT ANOTHERONE I MAILED IT BACK MONTH LATER CALLED THEY SAID NEVER GOT IT DID IT AGAIN CALLED BACK SAID IN 120 DAYS I WIL RECIEVE MY COMPUTER IT HAS PAST THAT NOTTING YET

Look on the web for the Attorney General of Virginia and find the link to the complaint form and file a complaint. Thats what I did. Probably won't get our money back anytime soon...but iot's a start. Good Luck!
