I have been threatened with a law suit, wasted my time with back and forth emails with Linn, and even sent them, once again, the paperwork. Linn told me the first file was 'corrupted'( why didn't they notify me before). This company seems to have a major issue with paying its techs. Thank God I didn't have to shell out for expensive equipment for the customer. It may be time to notify my lawyer.

I've sent 4 emails with no response. My user ID is 'detectorist' I just sent you an email and the response I got back right away was that you will be out of the office until Nov 22, 2005. Well today is the 29th. I shouldn't have to file any complaints. Your company should answer its emails and return its calls.

I am not the owner of the company, I just work for the company. What is your user id, service order number or something like that. We do pay, and I would like to know what your information is. Thanks, Linn Boyd
