 BUYER BEWARE........IM' PISSED, I purchased the finger comber unit because of youtube reviews, infact I bought 2 units and the kurl keeper product on my first buy with fingetcomber.com....I'm leaving the country in 1 day, and after waiting 16 days for my product which was ordered on Aug 3rd, I still do not have it...I advised this company that I needed to leave the country and I was willing to pay extra for expedited shipping since they were taking so long.I was told that because of the size of my order that I would not be able to even pay for quicker shipping".

After many emails and phone calls to a Google talk # that screens calls by asking for my name in order to connect me:.(all calls unanswered btw), I finally had to threaten to cancel the order and get a refund.. This was followed by an immediate email from them giving me a tracking # and telling me that my item has left there warehouse and it is USPS's job to get it to me on time now,. The USPS label was created on the 14th,and today is the 19th, and there are NO SCANS ON THIS PACKAGE:. they say they need 10 days to make a wig, but then they speak of shipping from a warehouse".

WAREHOUSES ARE FOR INVENTORY,AND EXACTLY HOW DO YOU HAVE A $78 ONE SIZE FITS ALL ITEM THAT IS ONLY MADE UPON REQUEST(IF YOU'RE MAKING IT UPON REQUEST,THEN CUSTOM MAKE IT TO FIT MY HEAD ONLY!!!)". SO WHICH IS IT/. or is it that these wigs are made in china and they need to get them from the Chinese supplier ,to turn around and ship them to the consumer.....not sure, but 16 days is a long time....I bought  2 wigs from this company, and whether they arrive or not, or whether I love them or not...I WILL NOT BE ORDERING SO MUCH AS A BOBBY PIN FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE....im not very picky at all, and I'm not a diva. I shop at Hermes, as well as Walmart, so I'm reasonable in my expectations....I am a shopper, all I do is shop, shop, shop....and I own 7 different businesses ,so I know the difference between customer service and a brush off.

USPS has told me that the package was never shipped out, but before I spend an ounce more of my time contacting this company(of which I refuse to do, and will just dispute my CC and Paypal charges), I thought it best to express my dissatisfaction for this company......it seems to be known amongst women that once you order from them, that you will have to email them to push/harass them into fulfilling your order. my experience was the same, however I believe I was so harassing that they gave me a fake tracking # to temporarily satisfy me...BUYER BEWARE....they are not worth the frustration, its better to go to a local hair store..

what kind of company sells a product, but has a Google # to screen calls that come in?if this were a mortgage banker screening calls it would signal that fraud is being done and you should run for the hills.....DONT BOTHER TO ORDER, JUST RUN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
