Do not use Fire & Safety Chimney. William Track, the owner, runs this company. They start off by cold calling the tri-state area, and they do not follow the Do-Not-Call Registry. Even after several requests to be removed from the list, they continuously call. They also give out phoney addresses, phone numbers, and false company names. They especially disguise themselves simply just by calling themselve, "The Chimney Service". On top of it...they rip off their customers thousands of dollars by over pricing their products and services. Even worse...they never keep appointments, they're never prompt with any customer service issues (such as, if a job wasn't done right, they outright refuse to acknowledge the issue). They do not have a client database, or any record of receipts for any job that was completed or finished. The whole business in run incompetently.
Many people have tried to track him down to report his business, but were unable to due to the fact they consistantly give out false information. He also re-locates his business often, which can make it difficult for consumers as well.

When they call, they either show up as "Sooty Marketing", or occasionally, their number is restricted.

FIRST I WOULD LIKE T SAY , I WILLIAM TRACK AM THE OWNER OF FIRE AND SAFETY CHIMNEY FOR 14 YEARS WITH 1 "1" THATS RIGHT 1 COMPLAINT , AND WAS RESOLVED ! YA SEE THERE ARE MANY GUYS THAT WORKED FOR ME , AND I HAD TO FIRE THEM , DUE TO DRUGS , NO DRIVERS LIC , TARDYNESS , AND SIMPLY LACK OF GOOD WORK ETHICKS, SO THEY FEEL THEY SHOULD SLANDER MY NAME , AND BUISNESS , IN WHICH THEY CANT !!! I HAVE BUILT A BUISNESS FROM THE GROUND UP . AS IN THERE BS SCAM REPORT I DONT DO TELEMARKETING AT ALL I USE VALPACK , AND CALL MY PREVIOUS CUSTERMERS BACK ONCE EVERY 2 YEARS. AFTER READING THIS AND CONTACTING RIPOFF REPORT , IT IS CLEAR THAT SOMEONE IS EXTREMLY, JEALOUS AND HAS NOTHING BETER TO DO . WELL IM DONT STAND FOR THIS OR GAMES WITH CELL PHONES !!!!
