I am currently an employee of Firebird and have been now for 5 months. I personally have never been on rip-off report before now and some of these claimed statements were very disruptive so I would like to comment on the company. I started the company being a single parent with no childcare so working anywhere, at this point, was an option. I interviewed and started with Firebird on a Monday. It was hard to be away from my child for hours each day but I had to look at the big picture of where I wanted to be with the company and most importantly the life I wanted to provide for my child. The first 3 weeks I worked hard to make sure I was heading in the right direction and kept myself focused and away from all the negativity out there, and the beginning of the 4th week my child became ill and i missed 3 days. At any normal 9-5 i would've been let go, but the managers embraced my situation and worked with me instead of against me. The 5th week I began another segment of my training as a trial basis to keep me working until my child could get better but him being sick continued on and off for the next 2-3 weeks and I feared my job was going to be pulled out from under me. The managers again came to my aid and we decided to make my temporary trial position permanent because they recognized and respected my determination to be successful within the company and for myself and family. So 4 months later I am on my way to managing my office and progressing in the company. All of this was made possible by the regional managers' sincere dedication to helping me and seeing me succeed and become successful and my own will and perseverance through the good and bad to become a well known staple in Firebird. The people and managers of Firebird are very positive, upbeat and are there for you...just a bit of insight into Firebird.
