I purchased a firefly borealis-illuminated keyboard that was defective, on 12/12/2008, but didn't install it, until I got a new pc ready on 04/22/09. I realize this was albout 40 days past the 3 month, but you would think they would atleast respond! to all the emails and fax's I sent them! all I have rec'd from them is a automatic email reply, I also sent PERFORMANCE-pcs.com who
I purchased the item from on order#114601 for 1 ea. model KU-0533 firefly Borealis-Illuminated keyboard on 12/12/08 to tell them the problem and they
would not give me a tele. listing to call firefly, just the fax, which I anyone can get off the web. I told performance-pcs.com they should stand behind
the product they sell if firefly wouldn't , they said they are only a resaler, but as of today they still list the above product for sale. they are not concerned that I gave $45.76 for something that even with the 3 month
warranty wouldn't last 5 months I blame myself first for trusting people to stand behind their products. Firefly for poor quality products, and even much much! poorer customer support, and Performance-pcs.com for poor customer support after the sale, and continuing to offer products from suppliers like Firefly international, LLC, maybe because Performance_pcs.com is in Palm Bay,Fl just down the road from Firefly international,LLc in Tampa, I realize I by myself have no legal grounds! but I also plan to report this to the B.B.B. and anyone else who will listen!.
