Not sure how many have had problems with these guys but just a warning of caution should you decide to rent there. I rented for 1.5 years there and for personal and safety reasons would prefer not to disclose the details of the situation, except that a personal grudge was developed on their part and due to this they attempted to keep my security deposit. I went as far as filing for a court claim when I received a partial cheque. I left it at that and considered the matter settled, but would urge anyone looking for a place to live to reconsider.
Housing is somewhat desperate at this time in Calgary, so should you feel forced to resign to moving in, please ensure you keep ALL copies of documentation and ask for your receipts monthly (they will not provide them unless asked for and will throw away within a month or 2 if not picked up). Also I urge you to contact the health inspector if you have the same problem as the rest of us with not being able to heat your apartment. Regulation states that you should be able to get your home to 21 degrees at any time (ours stayed steady at 15 with heat on full blast all winter).
Be aware you are not alone and I believe that should you ask others in your building you will find they may be willing to assist should you encounter a problem. Thanks
