My name is Tom and I am with the Firestone Corporate Office. I have read through your concerns and can assure you that we do not condone practices such as those mentioned in your review. I will confirm that our prices may vary throughout the country due to differences in regional labor rates. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we typically ask that you call the nearest Firestone Complete Auto Care location for a price quote that is accurate in your area. To address the coolant issue mentioned, we charge a flat rate for coolant flushes that does not vary depending on the amount of coolant a vehicle uses up to 3 Gallons. I will agree that part prices are typically higher than what you would find in any parts dealer or online retailer due to added costs of our extended warranties that covers not only the part but the labor. However, we do offer a price match guarantee to address your concerns. If you find any comparable service at a lower price than ours, we will match that price. For tires, it is standard protocol to replace the TPMS kit anytime a tire is removed from the rim, if this location is not doing that then I apologize as this is not typical. I will be forwarding your concerns about this location to district management to investigate further.
