Firestone Montclair & Upland From bad to worse Upland & Montclair California
If you are use to getting your vehicle repaired by a auto shop right the first time don't go to FIRESTONE. We thought our first fiasco with the Montclair, CA store was a joke, in and out of there at least 7 times and the problem of a oil leak still wasn't fixed, the long of that is, we asked for a total refund......... Months later our check engine light came on, took it to another location, Upland, CA. The first time in, they didn't have enough mechanics to even look at it so we went back the next week. We were then told it was the knock sensor, so they say, they were installed, we drove off, minutes later the light was back on, back to the shop the following week. 4pm, they hadn't called, we called them and was told they don't have the proper diagnostic machine to ID the issue for a Toyota. Refund issued again, how does this place make any money with the number of refunds they issue due to incompetence, laziness.
People, read these reviews, they are real and can give you a heads up about the shop before you waste your time and money........ Firestone is not the place for quality service.
