yes in february i got a call from first atlantic savings about a credit card for 3,000 that i would receive in the mail for a deduction from my bank of 299.00 since she made it sound so good i agreeded an on march the money was removed from my bank so i waitted for the card it took over a month an all

i got was a package with flyers an a offer for a mastercard that was a reloadable one which i was never told about no package was ever mentioned on the phone so i called an the called me everything but a lair an tried to tell me i was told that on the phone but i had 7 days to return the package an fax a letter as to why i canceled so i did as soon as i hung up,time went by i heard nothing so i called then said i had to wait 30 business days

that time went by i called several times i really gt some rude people on the phone one told me i would hear from a manager in 48 hrs 5 days went by nothing so i called again an they tried to tell me they never told me a manager would call me now finally i get a manager it is now june 22 an his nane was mike miller he gave me there address as i wrote here an told me he would fax them but i would have to write them a letter an fax them to they are only customer service an could do no more i

still have not got my money back an i tried to get a phone number on the place in champlain new york an the operator said she had nothing so i lost 299.00 which i desperatly need back i did everything they asked it has been 4 months since the lady first called me it is almost 2 months since i sent the package back can anyone help

i have been calling customer service since my last update to no avail mr. preston langley will not return my call they gave me a fax number so i faxed him a letter to no avail,so my bank gave me a form to fill out for the attorney generals office complaining about this company i filled it out made a few copys an tried to fax one to mr. langley it kept saying no answer i tried faxing all day an i got the same thing no answer,how can such a big company do this to people 299.00 is alot of money to me i work hard for my maoney please return my 299.00 into my account

i got a call july 25 from preston langley he wanted a tracking number for package i sent the package back threw my postoffice the customer service center said a million times they received the package weeks ago i have a receipt for the package from my postoffice but he needed a tracking number. the company told me a million times they already received it. so i figured this is a game i need my money i called new york police who also gave me the number to a lawyer so i called the lawyer, i am a single person i have a child with several disabilities all i ask is for my money back i did what i was asked from first atlantic they should do theres

yes i called again today they expect me to mail the company a letter or fax them as to getting my money back they would not give me a manager to talk to-i do want to say that for a business i have never dealt with such rude people on the phone like this company they actually hung up on me please take this company down i need my $299.00. thank you
