i have been calling customer service since my last update to no avail mr. preston langley will not return my call they gave me a fax number so i faxed him a letter to no avail,so my bank gave me a form to fill out for the attorney generals office complaining about this company i filled it out made a few copys an tried to fax one to mr. langley it kept saying no answer i tried faxing all day an i got the same thing no answer,how can such a big company do this to people 299.00 is alot of money to me i work hard for my maoney please return my 299.00 into my account

i got a call july 25 from preston langley he wanted a tracking number for package i sent the package back threw my postoffice the customer service center said a million times they received the package weeks ago i have a receipt for the package from my postoffice but he needed a tracking number. the company told me a million times they already received it. so i figured this is a game i need my money i called new york police who also gave me the number to a lawyer so i called the lawyer, i am a single person i have a child with several disabilities all i ask is for my money back i did what i was asked from first atlantic they should do theres

yes i called again today they expect me to mail the company a letter or fax them as to getting my money back they would not give me a manager to talk to-i do want to say that for a business i have never dealt with such rude people on the phone like this company they actually hung up on me please take this company down i need my $299.00. thank you
