My home is currently under/being sheiff sale in May 2003,I have done everything to try and work my mortage out with/through Fairbanks Capt Corp, do to my wife loosing her job (do to economy, 9/11 attack) then I got/was laid off, our income went way down, (I then suffered a nervous break down and now have recournt major depression do to the stress) I did everything in my power to work anything out with fairbanks,(only to end up like now) I've begged fairbanks to help me get refinanced only to no avail! fairbanks took appond themselfs to work/make an agreement
I couldn't afford(1200.00 bi wkly,and I don't make that much amonth)then fairbanks acussed me of spending my mortage payment on beer and cigerates(and I do neither) fairbanks also took it as far as asking my children questions about income and then told my children about my payments being behind! fairbanks even hired "personal people"(acting like business men/women) to come to my home and leave messages(these people do not talk or nothing)that read"Call now",so I do and it always ends-up in a fight and I hang up on them. Ronda Valencia is one of the (fairbanks loan servicing center)person I have dealt with,she was the one whom made the 1200.00 biwkly payments to be made,how would I feed/care for my 3children?(she,nor fairbanks don't care)
Currently,I applied for public housing and yet I've heard nothing. I pray and hope God holds a good future for my family and I,nobody needs this mistreatment!I bought my home to enjoy,watch my children grow in my/there own home,,only to end like this! I wish there was help out there,for I never dreamed of loosing my home over greed and ingnorance! My God Bless!

On May 7th 2003, we moved out of our home,only to have the sheriff sale "stayed",and in june 2003 Fairbanks "pad-locked" our doors and garage doors then claimed we abanded the property! We still mow grass(so we don't get fined)and just installed new sewer lines into the property(and we abanded it?)I think Fairbanks/SPS owe my sons for mowing the grass,,its' there a child labor law?I thought this was over only just on May13th 2005,Equicredit served us with "forclosure papers again!"I called SPS,whom are current mortage owners ans SPS claims they know nothing on nor about Equicredit Corps recentlly forclosure! Lack of comunication?We finally settled into our "rented" home and finally getting back on our feet,when this happens again!How can Equicredit forclose on/for 94,000.00(and they don't own the property)and SPS's monthly statement claims "mortage amout>58,000.00"!Thats double dipping,and I can't believe this hell is still going on!Equicredit was paid off by Fairbanks,Equicredit was our mortage co.,back in 1997-1999.I thunk this sounds fishy and I learned alot over this mess and believe me,I'll never do it again!This time I won't go down with out a fight,,I've had enough and if anybody owes anybody anything..they owe me,and my family!Fairbanks even hired a "private contractor" to gut my home out and allow my neighbors to remove items off our once owned property!(and then SPS claims we caused property damage,,hows that??hmmm?)I've wrote letters to the Attorney Generals office and even sent copies to Equicredits attornys'Enough is enough,and I hope something is done about this.We've called SPS,tried to work things out,tried to sign/remove our names off the deed,only to have SPS keep telling us"your name is on the deed so your responsiable for the up keep"!How do I find out if our name really is on the deed(I've read others and said there names wasn't on the deed)So far everything Equicredit claims leins against the property are incorrect and I've copied them and sent to Equicredits' Attorney!
