First Bank of Deleware Identiy Theft Wilmington , Delaware
This credit card company should not be so preditory! They lend money to criminals who steal peoples identity. Then they have you harrassed by collectors! We were victims of identity theft, we filed a police report, sent it to the First Bank of Deleware and told them to verify signature on the account. They did not! The address on the account was not ours.
They basically ignored us and now 4 years later we are still being harrassed by Credit Filing Services over this case.
I think that victims of identity theft should be able to sue the companies that give credit to criminals in their names! Then maybe they will not be so preditory!
