transglobal representative joy bown, allister duncan, brian christopher and cindy deepack contacted me via phone on june 21, 2002 in reference to purchasing a mastercard with a credit line of $2,000.00. it was a one time fee of $199.00 and an activation fee for $7.95 (which i paid and have bank statements as proof of purchase).

i wasn't going to do this transaction but my 3 year old son had to have his second surgery and i was desperate. he had a tumor remove from his left cheek (thank god it was benign). they also advise that there would be no annual fees and .09% interest.

i have also made well over $300.00 in international phone calls (which i have proof thru at&t).

asking them where my credit card was. they kept saying 10 to 15 business days after they receive my bank transaction which went thru on june 25, 2002. they have cost me a lot of money time and international calls for a $2,000.00 mastercard that i never received. i am very upset and want a refund in full for all of the above fees....ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
