First Capital Consumers Group $199.00 FOR 2 CREDIT CARDS, AND FREE CELL PHONE, NEVER RECEIVED ANY... ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell New York, Canada, Florida
This company called my phone repeatedly asking me for $199.00 for 2 credit cards with $2000 limits and a free Sprint PCS Cell Phone. They electronically deducted the amount, but I have never received anything. I read many incidents of this on the internet. I have emailed ripoffreport.com to see if I can get my money back. I will see what happens.
