First Capital Consumers Group ripoff consumer fraud ripoff, debited $199.00 out of my checking acct. for Master Card said I would receive it in two Wks. BelAir Maryland
This company took $199.00 from my checking Acct. for a MasterCard. Told me that I would have it in my possesion within two wks. Theydebited my account on 4/05/02.To date I heve not heard anything from them.I have called their number many times to no avial. Get recording saying mail box is full
Isent a registered letter to this PO box. Recieved a responce from PS&A .they told me that they forwarded my letter to First Capital Consumers. I have never heard from them.
